Falls on Talley Mill Creek
Rabun County

The access to this falls on Talley Mill Creek is near the parking area for the hike down to the falls on Big Creek, the Three Forks Area and Singley Falls on Overflow Creek. I had been there several times but was unaware of the falls on Talley Mill Creek. Later, Bernie Boyer sent me photos and recently took me to this pretty falls. To reach the trail head, drive from Clayton on Warwoman Road to Highway 28, a distance of about 14 miles. Turn left onto Highway 28 and go 4 miles to the community of Satolah. About 400 yds. after crossing the Big Creek Bridge but before crossing Talley Mill Creek look for an old logging road on the left (closed) and park here. The old logging road serves as the trail down to the creek. After reaching the creek bushwhack upstream about 200 yards to the falls. The top of the falls is only a few yards from where Talley Mill Creek crosses under Hwy 28.
