Estatoah Falls on Mud Creek

These falls are located on private property and not accessible to the public but can be viewed from several locations along Hwy 246 one mile from Hwy. 441. Mud Creek flows out of Sky Valley, Georgia and cascades several hundred feet down the mountain-side. This photograph was taken from a pull-out on Hwy. 246 east out of Dillard, Ga. about one mile from Hwy. 441. Estatoah was the name of an Cherokee Indian village in the valley near the falls.
