Live Oaks and Spanish Moss
by Jack Anthony
One of the things I enjoy the most on the Georgia and South Carolina barrier islands is the live oaks covered with spanish moss. Soon after a rain the resurrection ferns growing on many of the oaks spring to life and add a new dimension to the beauty. The numbered images below have been modified to give them a soft appearance.
